Filling in and printing form fields show as black

Question

In Adobe Reader DC (latest Mac version, I checked!) when opening a form and clicking on the fields they show up as solid black and what I type in is not visible until I select another field. Also when printed the fields print as solid black. What can I do to correct this?

Hi Paulh,This usually happens if the form was initially saved or filled with Mac Preview. If it is possible could you try downloading another version of the same form and then open directly in Adobe Reader. Try and let us know. Just for the testing purposes, could you try enabling another user profile and test?Also, you may share the file with us and we would like to review that at our end.
