Filling out, signing, and submitting forms on multiple devices

Question

I am working on an enrollment form that I would like to be able to send out, have individuals fill in the form on whatever device they choose (computer, tablet, cell phone), sign, and hit a submit button that sends the files to a Google Drive. I can create the form and set it up however the submit button doesn't work and it doesn't work across devices (computer, tablet, cell phone). Is this a possibility? I am working with Adobe Acrobat 2020. Thank you for the help! Molly

Any time you want a form to work on mobile devices that you don't have full control over, it's much easier to use a different format. I would use a web form to collect the data, and then if you want to present this on a PDF page, have a server process merge the data into the PDF template. The capabilities you find in PDF viewers on mobile devices vary just too much to be able to come up with something that works across all devices.
