The latest app update released this week addresses this issue. Please update your app and let us know if that addresses the issue at your end. 

 

Also, to update the app to the latest version, you can go to Help->Check for updates from the app.

Is this different for the new and the old Acrobat UI?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat!

 

Are you using an external monitor to work with Acrobat?

If so, we will roll out a fix for this issue. Please update the application to the latest version (2024.002.21005) and let us know if it works for you.

 

You can check for updates by going to Acrobat-> Check for Updates.

If the app does not detect an update, you can download the offline installer from here: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license (adobe.com)
