Filters not working with commands

after the new update, when our staff try to use filter function on the document which contains comments, the Acrobat stops working and needs to be closed. the filter function works fine with documents that don't have any comments.

Could you please confirm the exact version of Adobe Acrobat DC? Open Acrobat DC>Help>About Acrobat DC

Adobe Acrobat official update (19.008.20080) containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

Hi

we are using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with the latest update : 19.008.20080 and this problem is not solved.

I tried to check for updates manually and it said it is up to date.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused with the update. Acrobat's December release has fixed for the crash and freeze issue. You may please install the latest patch and let us know if the problem still persist.
