Finding hyperlinks in a PDF

I've got a PDF (attached) with a ton of hyperlinks to outside URLs, but for some reasons they're not highlighted in any way. The only way I have of knowing whether some text is a hyperlink is hovering over it with my cursor, and I can't do that on mobile.

Is there a way to "find" and format all the hyperlinks in a PDF - at once?

There is some kind of corruption with the links in this file. I can't edit them in Acrobat, neither manually nor with a script.

How did you create them, exactly?

I didn't create it! I downloaded it from Gumroad...

Then report the issue to them.

With Javascript you can loop over all link objects and change the properties of the links.

Can you give me some guidance on how to do this?
