Flashing Cursor In PDF After Opening

Hello,

 

I'm curious to know if anyone else is seeing similar behavior...

 

Anytime I create or open a PDF, I see a flashing cursor in the PDF document. I could understand this if I were in "Edit PDF" mode, but the cursor is displayed on almost every PDF I've worked with recently - whether I created it or someone else did.

 

This has been happening for a while, though - I can't remember how long, but it hasn't always been the case.

 

I am running the continuous release version of Acrobat Pro - build: 2023.003.20284

    Hi @jeffh322 

     

    Thanks for highlighting this to us and sharing the exact version of Acrobat installed.

    If you check the select tool, having a cursor is normal behavior. But if it's continuously flashing, then its a concern.

    Have you started experiencing this after installing the latest patch? 

    In Acrobat New view, navigate to Menu>Help>Repainr installation. 

     

    It would be more clear to understand if you could share a screen recording of this behavior.
