Flatten pdf that contains multiple attachments

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for Mac, v. 2021.001.20155.

I have a pdf that contains several internal attachments.  I need to generate a single composite flattened pdf that displays the main pdf, followed by each attachment.  Can Adobe do this?

If not, it seems I will need to do this manually by flattening the main pdf, opening each attachment, flattening them, and combining them all into a single flattened file.

Correct answer Bernd Alheit

You can't combine XFA forms in Adobe Acrobat. You can only create a portfolio.

Are the attachments PDF files?

Yes.

For more details:  If you go to this page (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/how-to-apply-application-guide/format-and-write/find-forms.htm) and click on link for the PHS Human Subjects and Clinical Trials Information form, it will download a blank version of the form so you can see how it is constructed.

Corrected link (the one above accidentally included the R parentheses).  I can't see how to edit my last post, so I'm providing this correction:
