Flattening with Live Text

We are finalizing some flattening processes for our press files but have ran into an issue. Some of our text needs to remain fully embedded for a variable data replacement that happens at the press RIP. I cannot find a flattening solution that allows the fonts to remain fully embedded. Anyone have solutions?

What do you mean by "flattening "?

Converting fonts to outlines?

Flattening transparencies?

Flattening layers?

Flattening Comments and/or form fields?
