floating page overview(double-click the middle mouse button) is malfunctioning in win10.

Greetings, I am using latest Acrobat DC 2019.021.20061, I found a bug with win10 x64 ( 4k monitor with scale text to 250%) in floating page overview numbnail (double-click with the middle mouse button).

After opening this flouting page overview, it cannot be normal use as in win7, it cannot be closed and it cannot moving the pages. It is malfunctioning.

It works well in win7 (1080P monitor) in another computer.

Please reproduce and fix. Thank you all!
