Fonction remplir et signer qui plante

Question

Bonjour,

Depuis hier, impossible d'utiliser la fonction remplir et signer. Dès que j'essaie de le faire, le fichier plante et se ferme.

Mon service informatique a tenter de désintaller puis réinstaller, mais en vain.

Avez-vous une autre astuce?

Sorry for the troubled experience.
Are you using Acrobat or Reader Desktop? Is this happening with other files as well? Is the files located locally on the machine?

Try disabling "Protected mode" or Sandboxing: https://adobe.ly/3DkgrDT and check if that fixes the issue.

In the meantime, you may try using Fill and Sign on Acrobat Web: https://adobe.ly/3VL9F0h;
