Font com caracteres estranhos

Estou com um problema em alguns arquivos pdf!

Ao visualizar o arquivo está tudo ok, mas quando copio o texto e colo aparecem alguns caracteres estranhos,

Já instalei todas as fontes do arquivo, porém continua da mesma forma! 

Alguém consegue me ajudar por favor ?

    The fonts in the original pdf may not be properly embedded. Try running a preflight profile to embed the fonts before copy/paste, Tools> Print Production> Preflight> Fixups> Embed missing fonts.
