Font Drop Down Menu Not Opening

I'm trying to edit the font in a document and the font menu won't open.

I've tried in multiple documents, editing exisiting text and using a blank text box and it won't open.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you confirm that you are in text edit mode vs. merely highlighting existing text? Be sure to use the Edit PDF toolset from the right.
