Font for Headings Changes when Converting Word doc to PDF

Hello - 

My team is having issues with every Word document we convert to PDF.  Had no issues until 2-3 weeks ago and now it is every document, even a clean, brand new Word document formatted properly with styles.  There are two big issues:

1. Heading fonts change from Cero Pro Medium to Times New Roman.  Fonts are set to embed, we previously had no issues and same font is elsewhere in the documents and converts without an issue, but when we use Word's Heading Styles the font suddenly changes each time.  
   • PDF created by using Create Adobe PDF toolbar.  Using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2023.006.20360 from Creative Cloud 6.0.0.571.
2. Title Styles turn to gibberish.  See example below - in Word it says TABLE OF CONTENTS.
