Font Size Won't Change: Prepare Forms

When adding a fillable field, I set the font size to 12pt in the properties box. No matter what size font I choose (including Auto), the font stays at about 4-5 pt.

Anyone know what I'm missing?

I am having the identical problem. I change fonts for form text fields daily on forms from clients and suddenly today on one it just defaults back to Helvetica 8.5. This happens whether I am editing an existing Text Field or create my own with different properties. In the end, they all say Helvetica 8.5. I checked the Fonts tab in the doc properties and tried ones other than Helvetica and they don't work. The "encoding" for Helvetica says "Custom" and I don't really know what that means.

I ran into the same problem. When I edited the Text Field Properties and unchecked Allow Rich Text Formatting, I was able to set the font size.

This is all wrong, form pages should be a normal page size, not 45 inches. But if you want it that size you will need either

- to zoom to 100% to fill the form (where you will see the fields as normal size), or

- define very large form fields (perhaps 100 point or more).

I am trying to do an assignment and I put 11 by 14 inches but it keeps coming up in a whole new size. What do I do?

What is the zoom percentage and original size in inches of the document? The size in inches (or mm) can be seen by hovering the mouse in the lower left corner.

The zoom percentage is 13.9, original size says 35 x 48 inches. LOL.

I created a page-sized .png in adobe spark, downloaded, created a .pdf from that .png.
