How do I set new page breaks--much like other applications--to keep content on one subject matter all together?  Many thanks for all  your help; much appreciated!

This is something you need to do before you convert your file to a PDF. Afterwards it's too late. There's no such thing as a "page break" in the PDF file format. It doesn't work that way.
