Forced to purchase the new Adobe Acrobat Pro

I have used Adobe Acrobat 2020 for years and loved it. After getting a new pc and MS11 I was forced to purchase the new Adobe Acrobat Pro last November and haven’t been able to activate it since.  Fortunately, I still have my old pc which is painfully slow, but at least I have access to the old Adobe app. Can someone please explain to me what I’m doing wrong? I’ve even tried to open the new Adobe Acrobat Pro through Google and that didn’t work either. I was desperate and started using a free pdf app, which is doable, but just not the same as Adobe. PLEASE HELP or just let me know how I can get a refund.
