forced to save extracted pages from document

I do not want to be FORCED to save pages that I extract from a large document. I scan multiple invoices, sometimes 150 a day to the email, and all of a sudden in order to send an extracted pdf you have to save it! NO. This will do nothing but add a bunch of unnecessary documents to my computer. I do not need or want to save them, I want to send them via Microsoft Office, like I have been doing for MONTHS. Please tell me there is a way to run off the save option.
