Forcing urls to wrap when converting emails to PDFs

I am using PDFmaker to bulk convert hundreds of emails from Outlook at a time.

When PDFmaker converts an email that has a long url, let's say two or three lines, it does not wrap the text, the way it would if you simply used Adobe PDF through the print option.  Instead, it shrinks the font size of the entire email so that it can fit the entire url onto one line.

How do i override this, and force a word wrap at the fixed margin (Letter sized) regardless of the fact that it is seeing the url as a single word?
