Forgot PDF Signature Password

I forgot the password for my PDF Signature. When I try to delete the existing signature or add a new signature it still asks for the password which I don't remember, so I can't get anywhere. I believe the version I have is Adobe Acrobat XI Standard, although when I called Adobe they said I have Acrobat Pro. Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem? Thanks
