Forgot to cancel trial – request help with refund

Hello,

I accidentally forgot to cancel my Adobe free trial, and my account was automatically charged for the paid plan. I have not used the service at all.

Could anyone advise me how to get a refund or how to contact a human agent directly to resolve this?
