Form allowed to print, but showing as Read Only when attempting to print

Hello community experts,

I created a very simple form with only one page and included a few Security settings with a password so no one would modify my design. After a person fills the fields with their data, the printer is saying it is a Read Only pdf, although I specified it can be printed in the Security Settings.

What I am doing wrong here? I am attaching an image for reference.

Post the error message and the full Print dialog, please.

Hi,

There are no error messages. What happens is that the completed fields disappear for printing, and only the original form is left. You can see the completed information online, but not to print.

If you see the image I attached, the form fields are completed, but when asked to print, the form fields are clean as nothing was inserted.
