Form Field Turns Black

I have a form field that turns black when you tab to it or click on it. This blocks the user from seeing what they are typing. If you click out of it and then click back, it works normally.
I have even copied another field that performs normally to this area and reset only the field name and it does the same thing. Any help greatly appreciated. BobC

I am experiencing this same glitch. After signing and saving, two fields are blacked out.

Yes I have Windows & Mac and three different PDF apps.
