form fields disappear in Acrobat 2017 between Apple devices and Windows 10
Good afternoon. I have a fillable form created in Acrobat 2017, and when I open the form in an Apple device (I have used iPad and iPhone so far to test), fill out the form and email the completed form and email it, the form fields "appear" blank when opening the completed form in Windows. However, if I click on one of the "blank" form fields on the Windows computer, the data appears (but data only shows in the clicked-on field). Also, the data in the field appears garbled - words are shown on top of each other. If I open the completed form in another Apple device, the form appears normal - all of the fields are still filled out.
If I fill out the form in Windows then open the completed form on another Windows computer, it seems to appear correct. The issue seems to be with filling out the form in an Apple device then trying to open the completed form later in Windows. Please help! I came across a few other threads where people ran into a similar issue with Mac computers (but so far I've not found a solution that works). I am running the most recent version of Acrobat 2017 (2017.011.30127).
