Form fields that auto populate within text.

In word, I can create a macro enabled document that opens with a form that, when completed will populate bookmarks i have set within the document.  This moves text around to accommodate the new text.  Can this be done in adobe?

Such PDF forms can be created using LiveCycle Designer and used with the desktop versions of Acrobat/Reader. You cannot create such a dynamic form with Acrobat.
