Form Fields "White"

I was editing this form and had a missed keystroke and all of a sudden the form fields that had been "blue" are white. My required fields are no longer outlined in red. 

I tried "undoing" what I did but nothing happened. 

I didn't save the document and opened an older version and I still had the same issue. I am guessing I change a setting. Can anyone help me?

This is the latest version of Adobe Acrobat.
