form freezes when submitting form. Solutions?

Question

I have a newly created form.  In testing it seems to work fine until I hit the Submit button.  Then everything freezes and I have to go to Task Manager to close Adobe.

Hi Jcd17,We apologize for the delay in response to your query.You may try couple of troubleshooting steps to see if that helps.Check the update of the application, if there is any pending.If you have any security software (antivirus or firewall) disable that for testing purpose and check again.
