Form is printing two for each field almost like it is mirrored. I have looked at the form and it appears to only have one field for name, etc.

Question

Form is printing two of each field. When you move your cursor over an item that has been filed out it duplicates and then it goes away when you fly over another field. Does anyone know what is causing this, or how it can be fixed?

This is happening to me, too, but only when I paste into the field. It happens even if I copy plain text from Notepad and clearing formatting in the Acrobat form doesn't make a difference.

Update: I just went back into form edit mode and there are duplicates of the fields on top of themselves. Not sure how it happened, but deleting the duplicate fixed it.
