Form not Sending

I created an adobe form that will create a roster and click on the submit button it should create a pdf for the page and email to me.

The button clicks, the dialogue box for which email I want to use comes up - I pick default - it created an email with a pdf attachment.
I hit send

And nothing.

Thoughts?

Once the email has been created it's out of the hands of Acrobat. The issue is most likely with your email service provider. They might be blocking emails with PDFs as attachments. You should contact them.

Sending forms by email is really only good for testing, not production use. What email client is set up on the computer and dies it work for other apps?
