Form preparation: Single text entries group automatically

Two thoughts and questions.

When you say they are grouped together - do you have multiple fields with the exact same name?  If so, entering data in one would populate any field with the same name.  Under most situations, you'd want to have form fields with unique names.

If you are trying to select a field and are getting others at the same time (or not able to select the one you want), maybe try to zoom way in to ensure you are clicking on the field you wish to highlight.

Are you sure these are text fields, and not static text? If it's the former it's very odd indeed and should not happen (I'm not even sure what it means that they "group together"). If it's the latter then it's normal behavior, and can't be avoided, unless you keep them sufficiently separated from each other.
