Form XObjects flagging as RGB

I have a file that was previously CMYK that is now being flagged as RGB.

I check via the preflight options in Acrobat. I checked the original file and it came up okay. I placed the pdf into InDesign to create a print file and when I exported it, it now shows 3 RGB Form XObjects. I'm not even sure what those are, but the only thing that seems to fix it is running a color conversion via acrobat on the exported print file.

The only thing added to the sheet in InDesign other than the original pdf are CMYK cut lines. The export is set to not convert the color space.

Any help is appreciated.
