Format changes on 3rd page when combining multiple PDFs together

When I combine 3 PDF invoices together, as well as a PDF email, the 3rd page format jumbles up, making it look like an alien language. This does not happen every single time, but I would estimate about 90% of the time. When the files are in Binder mode, it looks correct, but as soon as I print it, the format changes.

Ex: 8.5 X 11 10M 20# WHITE LETTERMARK COPY STATE OF NC

This is how it should look, but on the 3rd page, it looks like this:

8.K - 11 10I 20x G HfM, L, MM, ) I A)W ERPr SMAM, RF O

I have changed nothing, the writing should be the same for both.
