FORMS - Fillable boxes

Hello friends.

I´ve design a layout with some fillable boxes in Acrobat. However, after I write inside the boxes the people who received can edit the text.

Is there any way to lock the boxes to send?

The easiest, but least secure way, is to select all the field and set them as read-only.

Above that is to flatten the form fields, converting them to static contents.

Above that is digitally signing the file, locking all the fields in the process.
