Forms Template creation.

I'm trying to configure a form template that can be applied to different PDFs every month.

Let me explain:

We receive montlhy statements that we provide to our clients.  We would like to use a form "template" to overlay some text and calculations (even if manual) and then save the completed pdf for print.

 

Is there a way to accomplish this?

I've created custom methodologies for doing something similar for processing invoices. 

The user first applied a stamp to the invoice PDF. The stamp was basically a mini-form template.  Once the stamp was placed and sized so that it didn't cover anything important, the user ran an automation script that flattened the stamp and placed form fields over it in the correct locations, and sizes.   In addition, the script extracted inforamation from the invoice to place in some of the form fields.  Then the invoice was sent out for approval, or something like that.

    Yes. Create a blank file (or take an old one) with the fields in tact and then use the Replace Pages on it to replace the old pages with the ones from the new file. The fields, scripts, etc. will all remain in tact when you do so.
