Forms Text Control is not showing all options

I am editing fillable form and the Text Field Properties Box is not showing all options. It's missing Actions/Format/Validate/Calculate.

I have run disk utilities, restarted Acrobat - resetting preferences, unistalled and reinstalled Acrobat

Any ideas on how to get this fixed quickly? (Of course I'm under a deadline when lightening strikes)

As mentioned, click on Tools - Prepare Form and then click on "More" at the right side of the window and then on "Revert to Acrobat Form". In the future, do not tick the box that says "This document requires signatures" when creating the form, as that converts the file to an Adobe Sign form, which has limited capabilities.
