Is there a way to copy this text field property (phone number) to other fields or does it have to be done manually for each text field. Happy to provide clarification. Thank you.
It's not possible to copy just that property from one field to another.
You can copy and paste the entire field, but then you'll need to rename the copies, or they'll be identical to the original.
Another option is to use a script to apply the same Format setting to multiple fields. That is more complicated, though.
