Found TTN2.tiff during my project to optimise and secure a digital archive

The reason my question is here is that this is the forum where I expect all the digital archivists to show up on a regular basis.

What can I think of this (scan) format - how secure/ standard is it? Will it still be readable in 10 years time? Can anybody help me with product specifications?
