Free 90 days cancellation

Hello

I had contract a 90 days free plan, and I decided to cancel just before those 90 days where completed. Now I've been charged with 60£ for the cancellation. How is this possible? How I have my money back?

Where did you see an offer of a free 90 trial period? Acrobat's trial period is for 7 days, normally.

And what product are you referring to, exactly?
