Free trial for Acrobat-PRO has been installing for a couple of hours...

Question

No status except "Installing - Thanks for your patience".  Well, my patience is about empty.  What is this thing doing that takes HOURS to install???

Hi @joseph_5458 ,

Apologies for the trouble you had upgrading your Reader application to paid Acrobat. I believe you are on Windows OS. Acrobat installer is MSI based and it might be possible that some other updates ( like os updates and any other msi app ) is already running and not allwing Acrobat installer to install. I would assume that by now the app is upgraded and you are able to use the paid features. If not, please try downloading and installing the app from this location https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.
