Question

Even though I canceled the free trial version, an attempt was made to charge my credit card under the name of "artificial intelligence assistant for Adobe". I want this transaction to be cancelled.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support.
Users, including the Community Experts, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
