freeform signature in fillable form

How do I insert a customer's signature directly into a fillable form? I am using a smart phone with fillable PDF forms.

Try the app Adobe Fill & Sign.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the Fill and Sign app creates additional text boxes and signature fields, which then saves the signature separately, to be added to the form later.

I have created a single blank fillable form template that can be completed and signed for each job. I don't need to save the signature. I need to have a signature box so that I can directly enter it into the form.
