From old to a new one

Hey folks! Please, I need your help! I got a new laptop and want to transfer my Acrobat Pro license to it from my old laptop. Strangely, a log in option did not work on my new laptop. I did log out from my old laptop and tried to log in on a new one. It worked, however it was shown that I have to buy a license. When I go to a website it shows that I do have a license though.

Have no clue what went wrong. =(

Thank you for your reply.

I followed an instructions provided, but for unknown reasons it doesn't work.

On my account it shows that I do have a purchased product with serial number in category 'Products', however I have nothing mentioned in 'Plans and Products', therefore I can't really alter any details on my Acrobat Pro.

I don't know how many times I tried sing-in/sing-out options and check for updates. just hopeless..

I also tried my chances with Creative Cloud, but within installed apps it shows that my Acrobat Pro is on trial.

It's such a pity, I just purchased Acrobat Pro in November and I really need this app

Please, let me know if you have a clue what else could I do to make it work
