I downloaded a government form and would like to fill it up electronically, but a window prompt up says I need to download a frontpack to display the content and prompt me to the site for download, but the site keeps with no response.

how can I fix this.

Thanks.

Hi there,

Since more than a week, I tried this solution and it still won't work, with any browser platform, incognito or not, and with cache reset or not. In fact, it does not seem to be simply this link, but the whole subdomain supportdownloads.adobe.com, and it does not seem to be only me, either - I checked with isitdownrightnow.com, and it can't reach it, and says it has not been reachable for more than a week. Whenever I open the website it says error, connection reset.

Can you please let me know once this server/subdomain is reachable again?

Cheers, Fritz

You're right, that entire sub-domain is no longer working.

You can find these font packs here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/windows-font-packs-32-bit-reader.html

Hi there!

We're sorry for the trouble you had, I am able to open the Font pack download link at my end http://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=6839

Please try using a different browser once like Chrome, or Firefox, and try downloading the Font pack. You can also try the incognito mode in Chrome, or private window in Firefox to access the URL.

If you are still facing any issue, try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser, restart the browser and machine once and try again.

For testing purposes only, you may try changing the network type once from wireless to wired or vice-versa and check.

Try accessing the following URL to get the list of all the available updates/programs/add-ons and let us know if you face any issue https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Windows

Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe Acrobat application 20.006.20042 Planned update, March 17, 2020

Check for any pending updates from the help menu of Acrobat > then select check for updates.

Reboot the machine and check.

Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the pop-up message you are getting? Are you getting this message with one specific PDF form or is it with all other PDFs too?

Let us know how it goes and share your observations.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.
