Frustrated - trying to log into Adobe and have it linked to my company's account

Frustrated - trying to log into Adobe and have it linked to my company's account, however it's only showing my account as "personal". I've been working for my company for 3 years and have never had issues with this. I've spoken with IT from my company and this is an Adobe issue that they can't resolve. 

 

Adobe Folks - Please help me. I've already lost half a day of work because of this issue.

For login problems you need to get in touch with Adobe's customer service, there is nothing we can do to fix this problem: http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

I already did. They were no help. They asked me to post here.

Try again, maybe the next customer service rep will be more helpful. Almost everybody here is a user of Adobe's technology - just like you - and just like you, we don't have access to Adobe's server and can fix stuff on their servers. Only they can do that.
