FTP site disabled for legacy Adobe Customization Tools?

Hi all,

Trying to download or rather find a download for the Adobe Custimization Tool for Adobe Pro X products.  I can only seem to find the newest one and of course that and the older Adobe version I have is not compatible.  It keeps giving me an error about how it cannot open the .msi from Adobe Pro X.  

Yes, I know its an older version, but there has to be a downloadable version of the ACT that will work with this version I have.  We need more than what the free Adobe DC does and I do not think the company will pay for every users to have a cloud license.  This tool will help me automate the installer through SCCM and have the license insluded so there is less work and management on the IT side.
