Fujitsu fi-7160 scanner

When I try to create a pdf from scanner, I get a message saying that I need to input page dimensions, but those fields are greyed out.  I'm using a Fujitsu fi-7160 scanner with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro. Is there a compatibility issue between them?

    Hi Karent,

    Does it allow you to select the custom size as suggested here: Scanning letter-size document results in legal-size PDF | HP | Adobe Acrobat

    If not, then try the following-

    Thank you, Akanchha.  Here is an update:  One of the Adobe Support folks remotely tried to correct this for me, but was unable to.  The Support person also told me that the Adobe Engineering Team is aware of the problem and will be working to resolve it.  It is bug ADC-4275197that involves the Fujitsu 7160 scanner, but I have a work around for the time being.  I appreciate your help.  Thank you, again.
