FullTrustNotifier.exe - Application Error -- How do I resolve this??

How do I resolve this? I am on Windows 10 Home. I tried uninstalling Adobe Acrobat Reader and it went away. Shortly after I reinstalled it, the error returned. I have attached a picture of the error message. I called Adobe and he said I need to update to Acrobat Pro from the free one I have been running for years. Just seems like he is trying to sell me something. Please help! Thanks!
