generating a xml file and send via gmail

Hi have a form I should send via email from adobe. 

The form ha a button which generates an xml file and create a draft email on a Gmail acount.

Today's Adobe is not generating the xml and it is not able to open my gmail account and generating the draft email as it did before. It opens a Google home page only
