Generating PDF via Word Adds Tiny Characters

Question

When generating a PDF from work I'm getting these tiny artifacts added to the doc. They look like periods until you zoom 1000%.

they can be manually deleted by editing the PDF, but this is time consuming and frustrating. Any ideas?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to crate the PDF file? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful for more clarity.

Please try to create the PDF via Acrobat ribbon in MS Word and see if that helps. Also go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/creating-simple-pdfs-acrobat.html and see if that helps.
