Get a forbidden error on exporting PDF

I keep getting a forbidden error when trying to export PDF to Power Point after upgrading my service to the Adobe Pack. I have attempted a variety of different browers but using Adobe Acrobat Reader and attempting to convert continue getting the Forbidden

As you get the Forbidden error, it seems that the product was not updated by that time.

It takes some time to make the changes effective.

Please try to export PDF and check if you still get the error message.

If you still get the error message, try to check if it is an issue with a particular file or with all.
