Get a purchase page when creating PDF.

Always takes me to a purchase page when I try to convert to PDF.  I already have an account?

Hi Lindar,

I have checked your account. You are subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack service.

It seems that you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application to create PDF.

Please make sure that you are sign-in to the application with the Adobe ID (the email address that you used to purchase the subscription).

Try once to sign out and relaunch the application.

It would be better to reboot the machine and then sign in to the application.

Check if you can create PDF without any issues after that.

In the meantime, you can create PDF online on Document Cloud. Refer to the steps provided below:

- Open the link Adobe Document Cloud and sign in with your Adobe ID.

- Go to Create PDF and upload the files.

- Then click on Create tab to convert the uploaded file to PDF.
